What is the Warranty Policy for Titan Watches?
All Titan watches come with a 2-year warranty. The following conditions must be met for the warranty service to be valid:
- The watch has not been repaired elsewhere.
- The warranty covers only the internal mechanism, such as repair or replacement of internal components, not replacement with another watch.
- The battery comes with a 1-year warranty and can be replaced within the warranty period.
- The warranty is only valid when the watch has a valid warranty book and proof of purchase from Titan Singapore, containing complete information such as watch code, place of sale, date of purchase, and buyer information. The watch must be within the specified warranty period.
- The warranty period starts from the date of purchase recorded on the warranty book or order confirmation from Titan Singapore.
- Customers must present the proof of purchase along with the faulty product for a 1-to-1 replacement.
- If the same item is not in stock or is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with another item of the same model range or retail price.
- All transactions are final, and no refunds will be provided.
Conditions not covered by the warranty:
- The warranty coverage is invalid if the product is faulty or damaged due to the user's improper use or mishandling of the product.
- The warranty coverage is invalid if the product has been repaired by anyone other than an authorized Titan service provider.
- The warranty does not cover external parts such as the case, glass, strap, or beads. External parts can be repaired for a fee with the customer's consent.
